It may be a bit cooler in the northern halves of Togo & Benin. Rainfall is unlikely, though the odd limited downpour can happen on situations so be ready! I really preferred visiting Ouidah. If I could, I would put it in my top two or three things I did although traveling in Benin. I'd say it is a ought to do in almost any Benin travel guide and B
